What are the hours of operations?

We operate during the hours of 7am-7pm, but pick up times are limited to the time frames of 9am-2pm. 

Do you work during holidays?

We are closed on all major holidays including the folllowing: Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. 

How do i sign up for services? 

To sign up for services, you can go to our services page and book what service you need or go to the membership page and choose which membership you prefer.

Do I have to provide my own laundry detergent?

We have Tide, Gain and Hypoallergenic detergent, you can provide your own if you choose to. Please leave with clothes or provide during pickup if you choose to provide your own.

What if I or someone in my house had the flu or similiar virus, do you wash those clothes or sheets?

Unfortunately, we do no wash clothes that are infested, contains blood or from someone recently sick.

How far do you travel for on demand services?

We service the Huntsville, Madison area, if you are outside a 30 mile radius we charge $10 up to 50 miles. 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Debit, Credit, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Money Orders and afterpay. We do not accept personal checks.

How and when am I charged?

Once clothes are assessed, invoice will be sent to email on file. Invoice will need to be paid before clothes are returned. if card is on file at that time it will be charged. 

Are my clothes washed with other people's clothes?

No, your clothes will be not be washed with anyone else's.

Do we send out reminders for pickups?

Yes, we will send out a reminder email the day before pickup.
